Pioneers in forest products
We are a company with the experience granted by more than 70 years of working with forest products. The company was founded in 1950 and has been pioneer and leader in the industrialization of forest products in the Mexican southeast. Since then, our mission has been to take care of the environment, all our wood comes from sustainable forests and has a forest exploitation permit from SEMARNAT. In addition, we make full use of the forest by extracting the tips and branches, thereby minimizing the risk of forest fires.
At our sawmill, we make the most of the waste and transform it into broomsticks, boxes for fruits and vegetables, popsicle sticks, candy sticks and corn sticks.
Seeking to always provide the best product to our customers, we kiln dry the wood (we dry it artificially and in a controlled manner) to reduce distortions when it´s assembled in our houses and cabins. In addition, to assure durability, we impregnate the wood under high vacuum pressure, which guarantees that it will be free of rot and insects such as: termites and moths.
We have machinery and infrastructure to attend tourism, government or developer projects of the magnitude that is required.
Thanks to the above, organizations at the global and national level have placed their trust in our company to build different projects, such as: the United Nations Organization (UN), the Secretariat of Communications and Transportation (SCT), the Governments of the states of Yucatán, Chiapas and Campeche, the National Forestry Commission (CONAFOR), as well as various tourism entrepreneurs to construct hotel and ecotourism projects in different states of the south, center, and north of the Mexican Republic.
